Hypnotherapy - Past Life Therapist

Kerrie Edwards-Ticehurst DIP C.H. (Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy) trained with Eastwood School of Hypnotic Sciences and has over 25 years experience as a Hypnotherapist. She is one of a small group of people trained in Hypnofertility and ran her own Hypnotherapy Centre in Manly, Sydney.

She also trained with Dolores Cannon in the art of communication with the sub-conscious to clear any blockages from this life or past lives. This method of Hypnotherapy is very successful as your sub-conscious mind knows all about you, your fears, doubts, injuries, pains, discomfort, anxiety, confidence, relationship, abundance and your desires. During this session the subconscious will work on clearing and healing. Such a powerful process.

Personal Background

Kerrie was born in Sydney NSW. At the age of 12 her mother saw her potential with art and enrolled her in an adult Art School. She excelled in Advanced Art at school and after leaving became a Draftsmen's Tracer, spending one year with electrical drafting and two years colouring maps for Lang Hancock’s Silver Valley Mining Company in Sydney (who else gets paid to colour in?)

At 21 Kerrie moved with her children and first husband to live in Puerto Rico, where she made large macramé wall hangings.

She returned to Australia as a single woman with two children with a box of toys and $100. Staying home to support her children while young, Kerrie again took to making and selling her wall hangings, many the size of a wall, and  also designed and made koala macramé wall hangings for Australiana Souvenir Shops.

Silk Painting

After marrying again she moved from Sydney to Thunderbird Park, Queensland, where she took to silk painting like a duck  to water and then incorporated her silk painting and crystal agate slices into her creative wall hangings with different coloured hand-dyed jute. Many of these wall hangings were suitable for pole homes and have won awards at the Tamborine Mountain Show. Kerrie entered her silk paintings and art in the Tamborine Mountain Show and won 1st and 2nd prizes, she taught silk painting and moved on to her “Heart from Art” classes with intuitive art, fun and play.

Kerrie’s grandfather, a well known architect who designed cathedrals, greatly encouraged her with her art at an early age .

A near death experience several years ago directed Kerrie in a very exciting direction in  her art with her children’s books.

As an artist and an author of many books she was excited to be in an exhibition with “Mary's Group” at the Robina Gallery with the theme “Water Whimsey”.

Paintings

In some of her art Kerrie has used the Dragonfly as a them, incorporating it into many of the paintings, because the dragonfly is seen as a “nymph” who lives in water then move’s into the realm of air. Its colours range from iridescent green, blue to red, which she feels inspires her to paint. Dragonflies bring the wonder of a colourful new vision into her art. The colours can appear almost the same way as rainbows from refracting light. Some of Kerrie's larger paintings are signed on the front with her “Kezza” signature and on the back of the painting with her full signature.
